Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “Hinoki Concierge” (the “Service”) provided by ORANQUE LLC (the “Company”). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the Service.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. “Service” means the services related to Hinoki Concierge provided by the Company.
  2. “User” means an individual or corporation using the Service.
  3. “Content” means all text, images, data, and other information displayed, generated, or stored through the Service.

Article 2. Registration

  1. Users shall register for the Service using the method prescribed by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.
  2. If any registered information changes, the User shall promptly notify the Company and keep such information up to date.
  3. The Company may refuse registration if it determines that the applicant may violate these Terms.

Article 3. Fees and Payment

  1. Part of the Service may be provided for a fee. Applicable fees and payment methods shall be separately determined by the Company and shown within the Service or on the Company website.
  2. Paid plans are provided as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically for each billing period.
  3. Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation becomes effective from the next renewal date, and the Service remains available until that renewal date.
  4. Paid fees, including fees after purchase or renewal, are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Company is responsible for the issue. No prorated refunds are provided.
  5. The Service is offered through distance sales and is not subject to cooling-off rights.

Article 4. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts that infringe or may infringe the rights of others
  3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or involve unauthorized access
  4. Use of the Service for improper purposes
  5. Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5. Disclaimer

  1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the User’s use of the Service.
  3. The Company shall not be responsible for the content of information or services provided by third parties.

Article 6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, reprint, or distribute Content without the Company’s consent.

Article 7. Handling of Personal Information

  1. The Company shall properly handle Users’ personal information in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Service

  1. The Company may change, add to, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to Users.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.

Article 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal office.

Article 10. Changes to These Terms

  1. The Company may revise these Terms when it deems necessary.
  2. Revised Terms become effective when posted within the Service.

Supplementary provision: These Terms took effect on February 2, 2026 and were revised on February 7, 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
